On Thursday 22nd April 2010 4 primary schools from the Brockhill Family took part in an Adventure Football festival to the theme of Harry Potter led and organised by Higher Sports Leaders at Brockhill Park. The leaders Ben and Brice took on responsibility for planning the timings of the events, inviting schools to attend and leading the morning. Level 2 leaders (CSLA's) organised and planned their football based games and led them to include a story based around Harry Potter - can get away from the mud monsters and charge your powers?
Lympne, Saltwood, St. Augustines and Hythe Bay attended the morning in teams of approx 20. Lympne gained prizes for the best turned out team of the morning wearing the craziest socks and Hythe Bay won the 'Thunderbolt' challenge which required the team to score the most goals in 3 minutes.
A big thank you to the leaders who have now led their own event which was a huge success!
