Lizzie and I have spent some of the summer number crunching our results and they make really great reading... so heres our good news!
1. Primary Schools average curriculum time minutes is 140mins, with only 1 school falling below the national average of 120mins.
2. All Primary Schools except 1 provide all pupils with 120mins of PE per a week and more in 80% of cases.
3. 59% of our pupils across the partnership are accessing 3 hours or more of PE and School Sport in primary schools.
4. The following schools provide 70% or more of their pupils with 3 hours of PE and School Sport: Hythe Bay, Palmarsh, Saltwood, St Augustines, Sellindge, Bodsham, Sandgate, St Martins, Stelling Minnis, Highview, Castle Hill, The Churchill, Park Farm, St Eanswythes, Foxwood, Mundella, Stella Maris, Brookland, Dymchurch, Lydd, St Nicholas, Selsted....a huge congratulations to these schools.
5. All our schools except 2 provide 70% of their pupils with intra school competition opportunities. With the partnership average being 90%.
6. Our Inter School Competition figures show an average of 80% of primary pupils access inter school festivals, events and competitions... this is a fantastic percentage and 50% higher than last year!

Our first Paralympic Roadshow venue was St. Mary's Primary School. Year 3 were the lucky ones who took part in Wheelchair Basketball, Boccia and Goalball. As well as having fun and learning new skills, they are now looking forward to watching…
