The partnership have formalised the transport provision policy and we hope with the brochure this will help make things clearer for everyone.
Any event in the rules brochure indicated by a 'bus' means we will provide transport FREE of charge for this event. This is because it is either a partnership event, a qualifying event or a new event and we want all schools to have equal opportunities to enter and that no school is prevented from entering because they cant get to the venue.
If you would like transport for any other event, the partnership are happy to coordinate the transport, utilising our partnership contacts. We are happy to coordinate transport for any partnership event and this will be charged either a half or full PLT day depending on cost.
All transport queries need to go to nyoung@harveygs.kent.sch.uk
Please ensure that when emailing your transport requests you include - number of pupils travelling, number of adults travelling and whether you require a return journey.
Free Transport this year is being provided for the following events:
High Five / Futsal Central Venue League
Gladiators Festival - for Marsh Academy Family only
Gymnastics Festival
Sportshall Athletics / Speed Stacks Central Venue League
Highland Games Festival
Dance Extravaganza
Tri Golf Festival
